Apprentice: “Learning while you are earning” philosophy is associated with this position at the company. Young carpenters get their start in the apprentice program. Being an apprentice allows you to learn a skill, learn a career and receive excellent wages while you are doing both at the same time. Completion of the four year program will allow you to expand your role as a leader of a crew, a job, a project or projects, and be considered for a supervisory role within the company.
