  • New 33,000 sq. ft Center for the Arts
  • Seats 585 and features complete stage rigging, fly tower, stage lighting, audio/visual systems, and acoustics.
  • The building also houses band rooms, chorus rooms, a recording studio, arts & crafts classrooms, art galleries, and darkroom.
  • Exterior is federal style brick architecture to match other buildings on the campus

 

 

 

 

Ursinus College – Collegeville, PA
Bomberger Hall Renovations, 2007                                                            $ 7,200,000

  • Built in 1891, Bomberger Hall is the oldest building on campus.
  • Complete interior demolition of  the 38,000 sq. ft. building except for the existing auditorium which houses a large pipe organ. 
  • Complicated construction included lowering a large portion of the existing basement under the auditorium requiring precise shoring of the structural columns to support the auditorium and slate roof above.

 

 

 

 

Washington College – Chestertown, MD
Kibler Field Expansion and Renovation, 2006                    $  4,200,000

  • New synthetic turf lacrosse field.
  • Aluminum bleachers, team rooms, concessions, restrooms and skybox meeting rooms. 
  • Capacity of the stadium has increased to 6,000 seats.
 

 

 

Lancaster Country Day School – Lancaster, PA
School Expansion and Renovations, 2005                                         $ 9,200,000

  • Major building demolition of the existing classroom and administrative wings to make room for construction of a new 2 story, 77,200 sq. ft. classroom wing.
  • New building houses 23 classrooms, administrative wing, computer labs, lecture hall, student lounges, board room, book store, new kitchen, conference rooms and dining commons area.
 

 

 

Ursinus College – Collegeville, PA
New Performing Arts Center, 2005                                                $14,000,000

  • Unique new 62,500 sq. ft. Performing arts center houses a main theater seating 352 people features glass curtain wall entrance includes  studio/blackbox theater, dressing rooms, costume shop, classrooms,  dance and rehearsal rooms, and faculty offices. 
 

 

 

Kutztown University Foundation – Kutztown, PA
Golden Bear Village South, 2003                                       $12,600,000

  • Student housing complex is comprised of 4 buildings for a total of 168,000 sf.
  • Five hundred students can occupy this three and four story complex.
  • Each 4 and 5 bedroom apartment has 2 baths and 1 full kitchen.
 

 

 

Franklin and Marshall College – Lancaster, PA
Roschel Theatre & Dance Studio Renov, 2003                  $  9,000,000

  • Transformation of existing Fackenthal Building (formerly a pool building) into new dance studios and theatre classrooms.
  • New 300+ Seat Theater include a full size proscenium arch and stage.

Field House Addition and Renovations, 2001                                 $11,000,000

  • 58,000 sq. ft. addition includes a running track, multi-purpose tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, golf nets, and batting cages.
  • 16,500 sq. ft. addition to the existing main entrance features a climbing wall and fitness areas. 
  • Renovations to the existing locker rooms were also included.
  • ABC National Excellence in Construction Award winne.
