Construction Foreman: The construction Foreman leads Warfel employees in performing their assigned duties. The position requires the ability to lead, manage and direct company employees as well as sub contractor employees in performing work at various job sites. The description identifies the basic responsibilities, the craft skills and the physical abilities. The description shall not, however, be construed as a complete listing of all miscellaneous, incidental or similar duties, which may be required from time-to-time.
