Project Manager: Manage projects ranging from $2 million to $30 million. Responsible for customer satisfaction and repeat business as the primary goal. This is accomplished by building a good team internally and externally. Scheduling and purchasing with input from resources (superintendent and estimating) are critical in getting the project off to a good start. Recordkeeping, correspondence and communication throughout the project hierarchy whether delegated or performed by the project manger, is the responsibility of the project manager. It is the responsibility of the project manager to keep the project on schedule on or under budget and communicate with the owner in a timely fashion thus having a satisfied client.
