General Construction
We can coordinate your entire construction project for a fixed price. With this method, we are typically brought on board after all of the drawings have been completed. We use our own work force for key trades and direct the work of specialty subcontractors following your detailed plans and specifications.
Construction Management
The team approach is the key to success with this method. We work with you and your design professional from project conception in order to help you plan, design and construct a quality project that meets your needs and your budget. As your Construction Manager, we have the opportunity to help keep your budget in line by offering our value engineering suggestions and cost containment options. In addition, phasing or fast-tracking the project can lead to an early completion and ultimately result in an earlier return on your investment.
Design/Build
In the Design/Build method, Warfel assumes control of the design function, offering you complete construction service with a single source of responsibility. Advantages include cost effective design, the ability to provide an early guaranteed maximum price and accelerated project delivery.
Special Services Group
To satisfy the needs of our clients with smaller projects or general facility needs, Warfel created the Special Services Group to specifically handle projects from $5000 to $5 million. Many of these projects take place in fully operational, occupied facilities where daily operation to routine must continue with little or no disruption to ongoing activity. At Warfel, we facilitate the work so it is done quickly and cost effectively. We'll even spare you the hassle of coordinating last minute details like furniture delivery and other "post" construction activities.
