Construction Management

In this team approach, we work with you and your design team to help you plan, design and construct a quality project that meets your needs and your budget. As your Construction Manager, we keep your budget in line by offering our value engineering suggestions and cost containment options. In addition, phasing or fast-tracking the project can lead to an early completion and ultimately result in an earlier return on your investment.

Design/Build

In the Design/Build method, Warfel assumes control of the design function, offering you complete construction service with a single source of responsibility. Advantages include cost effective design, the ability to provide an early guaranteed maximum price and accelerated project delivery.
